Completed in 2022, Bellview Cottage is a cabin in Bath County and one of the newest additions to the Sheep Meadow neighborhood within the Homestead Preserve. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded neighbors – with quite a bit of land between to give you the open air you need.

Overlooking a spring fed pond, visitors can take in the gorgeous scenery of a professionally maintained landscape and rolling mountains without ever leaving the backyard. This sanctuary is just a stone’s throw from all the action – a 1/2 mile walk to The Omni Homestead Resort and its wedding venue, and 3/4 a mile from downtown Hot Springs.

For those with an adventurous spirit, Bath has a large assortment of hiking/biking trails, golf courses, bird watching opportunities and even guided or self-guided fly fishing. Take a dive into one of our many clear streams, or hike up Blue Suck Falls (a 5 mile out-and-back that leads you to a beautiful waterfall!).

And let’s not forget about the Warm Springs Pools at The Omni Homestead Resort.
